The Principle of Three Layers of Grit Filter
When the filter is working normally, the pressurized water flows into the tank from the water inlet and reaches the filter layer evenly. When the water flows through the filter layer, the impurities are filtered and retained. There is a water trap with a valve at the bottom of the filter, and the filtered water is collected evenly and then flows out of the filtering equipment.
With the continuous accumulation of impurities in the filter layer, the water flow loss continues to increase. When the pressure difference increases to a certain set value, the system will automatically switch to the backwash state. The pressurized water enters the filter layer through the water collecting device and flushes it, so that the trapped impurities are flushed and discharged out of the filter. After the backwash duration is generally 2-3 minutes, the equipment will automatically switch to the filtering working state.
