Centrifugal Double Net Filter

Principle: when the water flows through the conical tank, it will rotate and generate centrifugal force, so that the sediment and solid particles with higher density in the water resources will enter the sand settling tank, and the clear water enters the Y-shaped net filter from S-bend (C-bend) for secondary filtration

Precautions:

1. The centrifugal filter sand tank is equipped with a sand discharge port. When working, check the sand tank regularly and discharge the sand regularly to avoid too much sand in the tank, which makes the centrifugal filter unable to work normally; while the Y-type mesh filter First pull out the mesh core for cleaning, rinse the protective seal rings at both ends with clean water, or use a soft brush to clean, but do not use hard objects. When the inner and outer parts of the mesh core are cleaned, remove the dirt in the metal shell of the filter. Rinse with clean water and discharge from the sewage outlet

2. When the irrigation system stops working, the filter should be cleaned in time. In winter, to prevent the entire system from freezing and cracking, all valves should be opened to drain the water.
