How to Use and Maintain Net Filter?

1. Check the condition of the pressure gauge to see if it is working properly.

2. Check the pressure values of pressure gauge 1 and pressure gauge 2, when the difference between the pressure values of the two pressure gauges exceeds 0.02GP, clean the filter screen. The filter cleaning method is as follows:

(1) Turn off the pump and stop water.

(2) Rotate the compression handle, remove the filter cover, and take out the filter screen.

(3) Clean the filter screen.

(4) Check the condition of O seal ring and gasket.

(5) Install in place.

(6) Test the pressure with boiling water, check whether there is leakage, and observe whether the pressure gauge reading is normal.

3. When winter comes, drain the water in the filter to prevent corrosion.

4. Avoid collision and throwing during loading, unloading and transportation.

5. Anti-rust treatment should be carried out on the surface of the filter regularly.
