Y-type 50 Laminated Filter

Laminated filter, a large number of grooves of a certain micron size are carved on both sides of a thin plastic laminate of a specific color. A stack of laminations of the same pattern is pressed on a specially designed inner support. When compressed by spring and liquid pressure, the grooves between the laminations cross, so as to create a deep filtering unit with a series of unique filtering channels. The filtering unit is installed in a super performance engineering plastic filter cartridge to form a filter.

Precise filtration: Filter discs with different precisions can be selected according to the water requirements. There are 20 microns, 55 microns, 100 microns, 130 microns, 200 microns, 400 microns and other specifications, and the filtration ratio is greater than 85%.

Thorough and efficient backwashing: Because the filter pores are completely opened during backwashing, and the centrifugal jet effect is added, the cleaning effect that other filters cannot achieve can be achieved. The backwashing process of each filter unit only takes 10 to 20 seconds to complete.

Fully automatic operation, continuous water discharge: time and pressure difference control backwash start. In the filter system, each filter unit and workstations are backwashed in sequence. Automatic switching between working and backwashing states can ensure continuous water output, the system pressure loss is small, and the filtering and backwashing effects will not deteriorate due to use time.

Modular design: Users can choose the number of filter units in parallel according to their needs, which is flexible and changeable and has strong interchangeability. The corner space on site can be flexibly used, and the installation area is small according to local conditions.
