Fertilization flow of three-channel fertilizer applicator:
1. First of all, the dissolved fertilizer solution into the fertilizer pot, open the main pump, through the regulating valve will be filled with water, closed water injection valve (the process of irrigation valve can always open) . When fertilizing, the “Time knob”in the control cabinet is used to adjust the time of fertilizing, the pump starts, the fertilizer in the tank is pumped into the main pipeline water by the pump, and the fertilizing is finished at the same time. The injection rate of fertilizer can be adjusted by “Adjusting valve with scale”. In this process, the pressure control of the injection pump will start and stop the pump according to the water pressure, which not only makes the fertilizer liquid pour into the farmland uniformly, but also plays a protective role to the injection pump.
2, Pump Start-stop Control:
The main pump and the injection pump can be “Time knob”to adjust the operation time of the equipment, when the operation to a specified time automatically stop. The water inlet of the equipment is equipped with pressure control equipment. When the pipeline is blocked (such as the filter is blocked) , the main water pump will be cut off automatically if the pressure in the pipeline is too high, will automatically cut off the power to the injection pump. Both of these designs protect the pump.
3. System filtration:
This equipment has two layers of filtration design, there is a filter at the outlet of the fertilizer pot to filter the fertilizer liquid once, and there is a filter at the outlet of the equipment to filter the whole fertilizer water twice.
4. Equipment Check:
A one-way check valve is installed at the water inlet of the equipment to prevent the backflow of fertilizer water from polluting the groundwater; a one-way check valve is also installed in the outlet pipe of the fertilizer pot to prevent the backflow of water from the main pipe to ensure the normal operation of the fertilizer application.
5. Flow statistics: Electronic flowmeter is installed at the outlet of the equipment, which is used to count the single or cumulative water and fertilizer.
6. Systematic slag discharge:
a slag discharge hole is arranged at the bottom of the side of the fertilizer tank for slag discharge and cleaning of the fertilizer tank.
